Wedding Olympic Rooftop Pavilion | Paige & Colum | Ballard Hotel Seattle Washington
We started Paige & Colum’s wedding day getting ready at the Ballard Hotel. Which was the perfect boutique hotel setting to start the day. The Ballard Hotel is located in North Seattle and conveniently located in the heart of historic downtown. Grab lunch, coffee, drinks, dinner at amazing restaurants inside historic buildings. Also, I believe Ballard Hotel is the only boutique hotel in the Ballard, Fremont, magnolia, and Wallingford neighborhoods.
Walking into the hotel room with the girls filled my heart with so much excitement and joy. The bride and bridesmaids listen to music, drinking mimosas in their matching pajama sets. These are some of my most favorite moments on the day of the wedding. It was so special when mom helped Paige into her beautiful wedding dress from A&Be Bridal which is actually located right down the street in Ballard.
Then we made our way up to the rooftop area, Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. Right up the elevator to Paige & Colum’s first look. These two decided to have a private firstlook on top of the Ballard Hotel. This moment was incredibly special. Paige tapped on Colum’s shoulder. When Colum turned around and finally got to see his bride his eyes twinkled. UG! I’m so excited for these two to get married.
After bride & groom rooftop photos, bridal party and family photos. The bride and groom hid away as guests began to arrive. Their ceremony was drop dead gorgeous. I mean Merritt Florals slayed! Her florals were romantic, timeless and gorgeous. Really elevated the wedding day.
Fast forward we all were crying and laughing as the sun set on speeches and toasts with friends and family. This venue has the most gorgeous rooftop views. The bride & groom as well as their guests enjoyed views of the Olympics, Cascades, and Puget Sound. Just WOW! Breathtaking views of Washington.
From starting the day in the morning to the golden sunset and then gelato and dancing the night away to the twinkle of Ballard, Seattle city lights. I absolutely adore Paige & Colum. I couldn’t be more excited for them and this next chapter in their life together. Congratulations to P&C. It’s an incredible honor to document and tell your love story.
