Mt Rainier Is One of the Most Popular Locations for Engagement Session
If you don’t already know Mt Rainier is one of the most iconic locations in the world and one of the most epic in Washington. The gorgeous mountain views and trails are the perfect spot for any photoshoot. Especially an engagement session.
One of my favorite areas at Mt Rainier is Paradise. Where the gorgeous traveler’s destination, Henry M Jackson Memorial Visitor Center at Paradise, sits waiting for visitors. This visitor center is usually where I meet my couple’s for their photoshoots up at Paradise area. There are restrooms, nice spacious parking lots and easy access to the most incredible PNW views.
I LOVE adventuring and photographing couple’s at Myrtle Falls and the trails nearby. I highly recommend visiting or reaching out and booking a session there.

The best tip I can give when planning your Mt Rainier photoshoot is to plan for a week day. Mt Rainier is one of the most popular destination locations in Washington State. I go often for photoshoots, elopements, scouting and for fun. Once I even waited 2 hours to just enter the National park. So, here is how your can plan the best Mt Rainier photo session.
- Choose a week day for your engagement session.
- Consider a sunrise engagement session. Especially on Paradise side.
- Consider a sunset engagement session.
